Earth is shaking about. A lot of people are scared. Roads can't be used. Terrifying. Houses are falling down. Quickly escorting yourself somewhere safe helps you to survive. Urgent calling is sometime needed. Anxieties occur after large earthquakes. Keeping supplies of food so you don't get hungry. Evacuation is needed in certain areas (or in all areas). Severe shakes can occur anytime, so be prepared.
